  • A little discomfort is normal, especially for first-timers. It gets easier with each session with our experienced therapist

  • Typically 3–4 weeks, depending on individual hair growth.

  • Yes! Popular areas for men include back, chest, shoulders, arms and legs.

  • Legs, arms, underarms, bikini area, face, back, chest — nearly everywhere.

  • Hair should be at least 4 mm long. Avoid using creams, oils or exfoliants 24 hours prior.

  • Yes: skin infections, inflammation, active varicose veins, diabetes or wax allergies.

  • Avoid heat (sun, sauna, hot showers), tight clothing and workouts for 24–48 hours. Apply a soothing lotion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS about FACIAL

  • Manual involves deep pore extraction by hand. Ultrasonic uses gentle vibrations to remove surface impurities and dead skin.

  • Sensitive or normal skin benefits from ultrasonic. Oily, acne-prone skin may require manual or combined cleansing.

  • Manual cleansing can be slightly uncomfortable. We offer numbing products if needed.

  • Usually 60–90 minutes, depending on the treatment.

  • Every 4–6 weeks. Oily or problematic skin may need more frequent sessions.

  • Avoid touching your face, makeup, sun exposure, and heat for 1–2 days. Use only recommended soothing products.

  • Those with active infections, herpes, severe acne inflammation, rosacea or allergies should consult with our specialist first.
