Please carefully review our policies regarding appointment cancellations and changes:

Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount paid will be retained and is non-refundable.
If an appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a £10 late notice fee will apply.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment cost being charged, and no refund will be issued.
